Rob Gronkowski isn't sweating retirement life.

The former Patriots tight end, who called it a career in March after nine seasons, appears to be switching up his workout, according to girlfriend Camille Kostek.

"I talked to his girlfriend, Camille Kostek, down at that cheerleading thing. He hasn't lifted anymore," Scott Zolak said on Monday's episode of "Zolak & Bertand," via NBC Sports Boston. "And it's not like he hasn't lifted since he retired. She goes, 'He has not been putting weight on his back for a while now.' He's been doing the band training, and he feels like a different guy."

Gronkowski's transformation has sparked headlines in recent weeks, showcasing a leaner physique at a Showtime event for pal Julian Edelman's new documentary.

Ahead of the 2017 season, Gronkowski implemented a part of then-teammate Tom Brady's TB12 method into his own regimen.

"Just looking at Tom, seeing what he does every day, what he eats, talking to him, personally one-on-one, just learning about the body with him, just seeing how flexible he is, how pliable he is, how loose he is all the time, every day and ready to go," Gronkowski told the Boston Herald back in July 2017.

While Gronkowski has been catching passes this offseason, it appears he's enjoying off-field endeavors, too, namely in the game show realm.
