Teddy Bridgewater took advantage of his week off from starring as the New Orleans Saints back-up quarterback to visit his old stomping grounds.

No, not University of Louisville — Miami Northwestern (Florida) High School.

Bridgewater shared a video on Instagram and Twitter of him joining his Alma mater's dance in their famous "Supa Strut" under the Friday night lights.

The quarterback joined the school's dance team, The Dynamic Dozen, and said he'd been "studying the videos all week" to get the strut just right.

Bridgewater clearly did his best to mimic the dancers, but wrote in the caption "My back don't work like that" and "Need an oil change after that."

He asked what we're all wondering after seeing it: Do the girls have spines?

Carson Steele on a season lost due to injury: 'It's taken a toll'Xavier Nwankpa is loaded with potential and thriving. He's only a sophomore

The post got a lot of love on social media, with comments of "Don't pull a hamstring with that strut" and "Next time you are on the field, please do the supastrut!"

Our personal favorite: "Your hand placement is wrong but that attitude carried you though!"
