GRAVETTE -- Gravette junior high and senior high cheerleaders participated in the National Cheerleaders Association cheer camp in Gravette on July 22-23 and won numerous awards.
Stormey Jo Pembleton and Bella Holloway (sophomores) won All-American Awards in the high school division, as did Emily Lucas (freshman) and Ella Moorman (eighth) in the junior high division.
Addie Bates, Emily Lucas, Ella Moorman and Katelyn Scates were junior high nominees; and Stormey Jo Pembleton, Timmi Betz, Bella Holloway, Layne Franks and Katie Keith were senior high nominees.
Nominees competed for the title of NCA All-American, who are given the opportunity to perform at Disney World, the Citrus Bowl, in London's New Years Day Parade or to visit Rome.
