A manhunt has ended after police apprehended 15-year-old Martice Fuller in connection with the shooting death of his 16-year-old girlfriend, Kaylie Juga.
Kaylie and her mother, Stephanie, 39, were shot in their Wisconsin home on Thursday afternoon.
Camera IconKaylie died at the scene, while her mother remains in a stable condition in hospital.
Kaylie's boyfriend was allegedly seen fleeing the home the same afternoon that the pair were shot.
Camera IconCamera IconKaylie's brother, Tyler, said on Facebook that "He won't get away with this I promise you that."
Tyler shared photos of Martice Fuller, writing in a caption: "Better hurry up and find this piece of s***. Justice will be f***ing brought."
Camera IconCamera IconMartice had attended Mary D Bradford High School, where he played football and Kaylie was a cheerleader.
Kaylie had posted a series of tweets about her relationship, both the good and bad.
Camera IconShe called Martice "my whole heart" and that she was "happiest when I am with you".
However, earlier this month she posted "someday everything will make sense. So for now, laugh at the confusion, smile through the tears, and keep reminding yourself that everything happens for a reason."
She had also wrote a cryptic message in March that may have been about her relationship with Martice.
"Someone will continue to use you when they know they can take advantage of you because they know you will always be there for you no matter how they treat you, I promise you that person will use that for there advantage. Start having respect for yourself & don't let that happen!"
