The Philadelphia Eagles in conjunction with Gamebreaker, Incorporated are launching a new series of events focused on providing girls and boys ages 7-18 years old with developmental and inspirational football experiences. The new Eagles Football Academy series will provide kids of all skill levels with the chance to experience Philadelphia Eagles Football and learn from top high school and college football coaches in the area.

All Eagles Football Academy events are open for the public to register online at eagles-camp.com.

In developing the event series, the major focus was on creating fun, unique football experiences, some of which include: Friday night skills challenges, opportunities to practice inside the Eagles' NovaCare Complex, and visits from the Eagles' team mascot SWOOP, the Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders, and Philadelphia Eagles players. Equally as important to the Eagles Football Academy was the football development aspect. The events will feature top high school and college football coaches from the area and are designed for varying age groups. One of the major focuses of the events will be to ensure girls are welcomed to the camps. Eagles Football Academy events are designed to feature "girls-only" divisions to ensure that the football development is welcoming to girls of all ages.

"The Eagles Football Academy is a great way for young Eagles fans to get a fun football experience and learn about the fundamentals from elite college and high school coaches from our region," said Julie Hirshey, Director of Community Relations, Philadelphia Eagles. "It was important to us that the developmental football programs and experiences being offered through this series be inclusive to everyone. Thanks to our creative partners at GameBreaker, we are excited to roll out an interactive camp experience this summer that engages both boys and girls, and children of all ages."
