The First Annual Pom Pons, Glitz and Glam Gala was a huge success, as the 2018-2019 Bandera High School cheerleaders enjoyed a wonderful night courtesy of the Flying L Guest Ranch Resort this past Saturday.  With door prizes provided by Bob's Burger Barn, Cavanaugh's Coffee, El Jacalito, Shoe Biz, Gail's Nails,

Paint me Pretty and Millie and Marie, it was a wonderful way to celebrate the cheerleaders' accomplishments as the year came to an end.

Senior cheerleaders received gifts, while everyone enjoyed dinner and dancing and watched a slideshow full of memories.

This year at Texas State University cheer camp, both squads received superior ratings and throughout the season, cheered through five, rain-soaked games, four parades, four fundraisers and seven community service activities.

They won the San Antonio All-Star Cheer Challenge and made two television appearances, as well as a San Antonio Rodeo performance, helping little ones learn to line dance.

BHS Cheer is already gearing up for next year and will be ready to represent our school and community next season!
