It offers a path to living in the present moment with calm acceptance in the face of everyday stress. Thanks to a grant from the Gill Montague Council on Aging, the cost for this class is $75. People aged 60 or older from any town are welcome. A non-refundable $37.50 deposit will hold a place. The balance of $37.50 is due at the first class. Participants are asked to commit to attending all eight weeks and to doing homework assignments that build new everyday habits of equanimity.
