Alexandria Arendt is a 16-year-old Hinsdale Central sophomore from Clarendon Hills who founded her own entertainment company, Clarendon Hills Princess Company, for which she and a few friends dress as Disney princesses and entertain at various area venues. She will be a guest performer at the April 27 Clarendon Hills Park District Princess Tea Party.

Q: Do you have any siblings?

A: No, I'm an only child.

Q: What are the best, and worst, aspects of being an only child?

A: The best part is that I have my parents all to myself and get to go on vacation and often bring a friend. The worst part is that I can't get away with much.

Q: Do you have any pets?

A: Yes, a 5-year-old tuxedo cat, Murphy

Q: Do you have any hobbies?

A: Cheerleading

Q: What's your favorite subject in school?

A: English, definitely

Q: When you were a little girl, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A: A fashion designer. Now, I'd say I want to work for Disney in marketing.

A: When people call me Alex
