MANITOWOC (WLUK) – A cheerleading coach accused of sexting a teen and trying to set up a meeting for sex was ordered Wednesday to stand trial.
Eric Fisher, 29, waived a preliminary hearing on 15 counts. He enters a plea April 11, court records show.
The judge also denied Fisher's motion to reduce the $50,000 cash bond, according to court records.
The investigation began mid-February when a juvenile student told a school resource officer Fisher, her previous cheer and dance coach, sent her inappropriate messages on social media.
